Prenatal Yoga
Offered in our Beginner Yoga or Gentle Yoga classes.

Prenatal asanas designed for safety throughout all trimesters of your pregnancy. Practicing yoga during pregnancy is a safe and gentle way to enjoy light exercise and relaxation.

Generally it is recommended that you do not being practicing yoga postures until after the first trimester. However, the breathing exercises, meditation and deep relaxation can be started as soon as you are aware of your pregnancy.

Once you are in the second trimester, starting a yoga practice and continuing until full term pregnancy is fine as long as you feel well and are still enjoying the practice.
