Adaptive Yoga for MS & Other Physical Limitations
Adaptive yoga modifies traditional postures for those living with or recovering from chronic illness or injury, i.e. high/low blood pressure, heart disease, Multiple Sclerosis, Muscular Distrophy, Chronic Fatigue Syndrome, fibromyalgia, and more. All postures are done from either a chair or the floor in order to stimulate the body's systems without overtaxing them. Great for Seniors too! Please arrive 15 minutes before class begins and bring this additional information form (click here).

  • Improved coordination and balance.
  • Improved muscle tone.
  • Stronger bones.
  • A general feeling of well being.

Special Instructions : If you use a wheel chair or a walker, please enter through the studio glass door located to the right of the main entrance (the far right side of the building as you are looking at it).

Gentle Yoga / Prenatal
A great introduction to asanas that will bring balance and clarity to mind and body. Great for beginners, those pregnant or have special limitations. Prenatal clients- click here for more information.

Vinyasa
A practice connecting breath with movement. A dynamic form of yoga designed to build strength, flexibility, coordination and focus. Energy boosting and invigorating. Great for weight loss.

Nia
Discover the power of joyful, soulful, and meaningful movement! Nia blends a non-impact, body-friendly upper cardio workout with yoga, martial arts, dance and more. No experience or coodination is necessary. Great for beginners and those wanting to lose weight too!

Created by Carlos and Debbie Rosas, Nia presents an entirely new philosophy of exercise-- one that not only keeps you in fantastic shape but will also help you rediscover the joy of movement and being at home in your body.

Surya "HOT" Yoga
Come try our heated yoga class in 88 to 92 degree heat! Sweat and squeeze out all the toxins in this class. Surya "Sun" Yoga is very therapeutic, and is great for weight loss, healing old injuries, increasing flexibility, and loosening up stiffness. Be sure to bring a bottle of water and a bath towel.

Yin Yoga
Energetically yoga is of two forms, Yin (no contraction of the muscles, complete passiveness in the posture and Yang (movement and strength). In Yin yoga, the postures are held for 4-5 minutes with some Yang movements in between. Yin is good for the joints, bones, and connective tissues. Very therapeutic!

Power Yoga
A vigorous style of yoga designed to develop strength, coordination, weightloss, flexibility, and focus followed with relaxation and meditation.

Beginner Yoga
A great introduction class that covers the fundamentals of breathing, relaxation, meditation, and integrating yoga principles. A building block for those who want to further their practice.

Iyengar Yoga
This class teaches techniques of fundamental yoga postures with a focus on proper alignment and symmetry in each pose. Yoga poses are held anywhere from 1-3 minutes and props are used to support and compliment correct positioning. Iyengar deepens the mind-body connection, builds inner strength, and increases confidence.

Divine Yoga™
A signature Christ-centered vinyasa practice where postures and meditation are scripturally supported. Nondenominational. (Joshua 1:8 / 1 Cor. 6:20)
